OUR VISION
The aim of this non-profit is to support students from Black Asian and Minority Ethnic backgrounds in securing graduate roles and internships at the top firms within the law, banking and consultancy. All roles which BAME students are underrepresented but are talented and smart enough to excel in. Our reason for this potential underrepresentation is because BAME Students are not developing the soft skills and succeeding in non-academic achievements required to succeed in their industries of choice.

The purpose is to bridge the gap between students of BAME backgrounds and students from other backgrounds. We want to get students thinking about their careers from the very first year and develop skills that they can use throughout their university and professional careers.
